I've been selling royalty free stock pictures and footage for a few years now and published several times. The prices for the footage is pretty good averaging between $39-$299 depending on size and format. Of course standards are you get between 30-50% per download.

Ironicly I hired a model, shot a vid, put it on clips for sale (have 2257 documents in a cabinet next to me) etc etc such much overhead and hassle to make $3.99 per download. Will take atleast 50 downloads of this shitty amateur video to turn a profit.

I filmed a clock striking 12 (13 seconds long) and making $29.70 per download of that video (4 so far this month) on a fucking 13 second clip!
