I'm a photographer looking to pick up some work. I would like to do shoot content for websites.

Is there any sites or content buyers out there looking for some new stuff?

I thought mainstream fashion shooting is the really big money not porn.

It sucks. Its not easy finding new models that need photos done and getting them to pay for it.

Only if you're the tip top 0.1%. Otherwise, they pay you meal tickets and show you the other guy who makes millions. "Work hard and maybe someday we decide to randomly choose you to be him" sort of lotto.

Adult pays decent all the way.

Yep. Plus they are so many people out there with a digital SLR now doing free photoshoots its hard to find work.

if you can find fresh attractive models to do adult nude modeling you can make some money. you have to be a good recruiter to make a living in this industry as a photographer - unless you're in LA where there lots of agencies to supply talent.

young (18-22 yo ) models with natural boobs are best but there's a market for mature over 30 girls too - and other niches.

You will need to learn a lot before you start to make money. In reality this is a very tough market to crack. Unless you are gifted. I had to work at it hard to learn.

I don't know if you said it all, but you are pretty close. I think the biggest problem when dealing with models is the constant no shows or they call with some bullshit excise. We go through this ever week and it never ceases to amaze me of all the excises I hear.

I would think mainstream photography would be more lucrative and stable.

If they can afford to pay for bolt-on tits then a few pics should be affordable.

There are a lot of companies here who are always looking for content. I suggest you post samples often, do some good business, and build a solid rep.....UNLIKE most of the other content shooters out there.

Good advise. Thanks! I'm talking to a few models now and seeing what they are willing and not willing to do. This will give everyone a better idea of what I have to offer content wise.
