Can someone tell me their icq if any? I've sent the an e-mail couple of days ago, no response so far...

I can't help you there, but i've waited weeks for responses from them - half the time I get no response at all which is why I choose not to use them.

i've seen couple of very good feedbacks about their service in one of my other threads about the billing processors...

I'm not certain as to who this is at Verotel, but here is one that I have: ICQ:122296678
Have you tried using their live chat tech support? I've always gotten an immediate answer using that. It's better than trying to find someone on ICQ or email them, because there is always someone there. It's in the "help" section of the control panel, i believe. |
