Never used ICQ for Verotel nettrust - tho they do have live chat in the client area and phone/email contact for merchant support.
Probably only used support, at most, six times in many years and they were fine. The client area may fall short, but otherwise payments etc are consistant and run without problems.
If you are doing an initial sales enquiry it may be better firing another email thru at http://www.verotel.com/t51000-en.html

Have you tried using their live chat tech support? I've always gotten an immediate answer using that. It's better than trying to find someone on ICQ or email them, because there is always someone there. It's in the "help" section of the control panel, i believe.Comment
