I'm damn near positive on the audio as I've NEVER seen any other program using that EXACT voice pack since the software was created long long ago. MSTalkit is a free program where you Type out ANY Text and then by clicking buttons can make it speak in about 30 diff voice styles.

The video I'm a bit less sure of, but CrazyTalk from Realusian(sic) allows ou to take ANY photo then click on the mouth areas and it will then sync to an audio file.
