Anyone read this book yet, is the book worth my time?

Yes and it has some good points and some unrealistic points. If you get a copy cheap it does have some good info in it

I'm in the process of reading it now. There are certainly some ideas that you can takeaway and learn to work different without working harder and lessen your workload. Its definitely worth your time and its a pretty easy read anyway.
