How many bloggers actually write their own posts?
 

Or do you use RSS Feeds? Or a mixture of both? I personally write them all myself..

i do most the writing
but i have dyslexia and a grade 7.5 education

so most my posts consists of improper grammar and spelling, but its ok because there is no money in blogging:thumbsup

When I blog I write my own stuff and use RSS to supplement on some of them.

100% of my posts are hand-written.

I do all my own posts, On about 30 blogs atm. Basically I write one post for every three blogs and do keyword swapping to keep dupe content to a minimum.

every blogger writes his own posts. it is a fact and my shoes agree.

Me too, maybe borrow a gallery description from a sponsor, but i will always add a couple handwritten sentences.

I used to write my own, but quickly found the blog got me nowhere fast, so I shut it down. While we're on the topic, did/does anybody else write the blog posts with certain words turned into hyperlinks to the gallery on sponsor, like this post is currently doing, with all the promotion to Google?

I write all my own posts (thinking of hiring some work out though) and yes, I use that method but I usually send those links directly to the tour.

I had write every single one, including the ones for the Nichepartners feed. When I'm starting out with a new blog though, i import the rss feed from others, then kill it, go back and rewrite them all before I go live.

I write my own on a few but some I've setup just to run on RSS feeds. testing out the Dupe content shit with google to see what I can get away with.

All posts written that are bought from clients are 100% though. ;)

I hand write mine on looseleaf, scan them and put them up as images, usually like blogpost003.gif and i animate them so they blink from regular to inverted every 1/4 second.

me, I just use feeds for filler content, they never have converted well for me...usually like 1:4000 with all 100% se traffic

What he said. Occasionally I'll link text in a post to a page I built myself, but very rarely to a gallery. I try not to give away too much and stress text over giving 4-5 clips from a FHG

Essentially yes, but I just wanted to exemplify for people exactly what I meant - some blog writers will turn whole phrases or paragraphs into hyperlinks, whilst others will randomly dot them around on random words.

REAL bloggers write all their posts, now if you (like most people here) are aiming for other things...

What is the objective of running a blog? To make money of course. A real blogger makes money. A hobbyist writes his own posts without regard to the amount of time it takes. If you take the time to write every one of your posts, you are a hobbyist.

I write my own for my blogs, and then I syndicate in more stuff from sponsors and stuff, and mix it all together into a soup. Controlling the mix is important :)
