Is it better to incorporate in UK or Cyprus?
This is jsut for visa purpuses.

If it is solely for processing purposes, and you don't intend to hold any bank accounts or whatnot, then UK will do -- be sure to check with the processors if a EU director is required.

Make sure the corp is non-resident and not liable for UK taxation. Also have a look at Gibraltar corps (again non-resident) - less likely to have taxation problems, but costs a bit more for formation, tho nominee dirs are available and a POA will be assigned to you. |
BTW... If you need some background research on either UK companies or Gibraltar entities, here's a few links:
Jordan's UK - are the main company formation agents in the UK. And two Gibraltar formation agents: Gibraltar Offshore Offshore Gibraltar And a Gib lawyer: Hassan's Gibraltar Law PS All these people are OK to work with and will provide a professional service. |
Cyprus... :)

I would say Gibraltar, but you would need one EU director for billing purposes.

If you're looking for a 'turnkey' EU corp in Cyprus [ie, pay fee, walk away with company] that ccbill / visa / etc work with, hit me on ICQ 52779009

Cyprus is the way to go. I can help you if you need help.
