Is it better to incorporate in UK or Cyprus?
 

This is jsut for visa purpuses.

If it is solely for processing purposes, and you don't intend to hold any bank accounts or whatnot, then UK will do -- be sure to check with the processors if a EU director is required.

Make sure the corp is non-resident and not liable for UK taxation.

Also have a look at Gibraltar corps (again non-resident) - less likely to have taxation problems, but costs a bit more for formation, tho nominee dirs are available and a POA will be assigned to you.

I would say Gibraltar, but you would need one EU director for billing purposes.
