anyone take vitamins, green tea, fish oils, etc... I need suggestions.
I am a steak and potatoe kind of guy. I don't eat very many fruits or vegtables at all.
I have never taken vitamins either. Since I don't eat the best I want to take some type of suppliments, anyone have any suggestions. please no need for " megadick, viagra " comments, everything good there :thumbsup |

Just take some good multivitamin and some omega 3 fish oil and you should be good :thumbsup

vitamins are all crap....if you really can't stand vegetables try to find a nice salsa you dig.....& eat chips n salsa daily :thumbsup

I think woj advice is good, personally I use "Plusssz active" it's very nice vitamin supplement to drink, plus each tablet contains about 100mg of caffeine so it helps to be more concentrated too..

there is an article on cnn.com right now about multi's.. u should read it.
i recommend chewables because those are more likely to be absorbed. dont eat ones that are hard as a rock, because, well it's like eating a rock. thats my opinion. i get my vit/mil from health bars. i get my "veggies" from fruit smoothies.. smoothies are the b-o-m-b. .. the botttled fruit ones of course. not the ones made with grass - yuk! oh, get smooothes not from concentrate. thats the better juice. |

Just take a good multi everyday.
If you live in the North, add some vitamin D. If you cum a lot, add some zinc. Ginseng can give a nice energy boost. I take it every day, and triple the dose if I get a cold. |

It all kind of depends on what results you're looking for. If you're just trying to go healthy then stick with a good multi-vitamin, but only have it with a meal otherwise you'll end up pissing most of it.

Nothing can replace a balanced diet. Just make sure you have something colourful on your plate for every meal. (Fruits and veggies are usually more colourfull than meat or grains, which tend to be brown and brown.)

Don't take 1 multivitamin...take like 3...i've been doing it almost every day since I was 18 and I've aged pretty well.

3-4 apples every day, switch to green tea (instead of black tea), and "Centrum" in the morning with a couple of glasses of orange juice :thumbsup
