Lancelot Bankrupt?

I found that on another board, somebody posted and email they received from Lancelot. Anybody else got that??

Dear Webmasters,

It is with great regret that we are being forced out of business. We have
tried everything possible to stay afloat but with fines from the credit
card companies pertaining to your websites as well as holdbacks from our
credit card processing company we find it impossible to remain in
business.

We will keep our access servers up and running so that current members may
continue to have access to your website. If current members can continue
to have access to your website until their membership expires there will
be less chance of chargebacks. Chargebacks can continue coming in for 6 -
12 months. After that time, the banks will release any remaining funds to
be distributed to you.

Sincerely,

Lancelot Security
