executed version of the ClickCash Marketing Agreement, which was recently
updated. At your convenience, but at some point within the next four weeks,

print, initial, sign, and fax the agreement to us, following the instructions
appearing at the bottom of the agreement.

i don't use them anymore, but would still like to know why would they want their webmasters to sign that?

Because their ass is getting in trouble for facilitating and letting webmasters spam?

ClickCash does not enforce their own TOS. They are in for the buck and don't care if their Webmasters spam or not.

I reported a guy on Yahoo that constantly SPAMMED the Yahoo messages boards with multiple IDs and USED BOTS that created messages every few minutes. They all mapped to the same accounts. I gave about a dozen examples and got an Email saying they would investigate. He continued the SPAMMING and I followed up with further complaints and nothing.........
