In your country, do they show CRIME SUSPECTS on TV, *AGAINST THEIR WILL*?
Just a thought I had recently...
It's pretty common here to see a crime suspect (rape, murder... anything like that) on the news, while he's sitting inside court or being led by policemen. Most of the time the suspect uses his coat or shirt to cover his face so people won't recognize him at home. Is this a common sight where you live, or is there a different policy, e.g: 'it's illegal to film a suspect'? Just wondering, since it's a little embarrassing to watch really. I mean, yeah... this guy probably commited some serious crimes, but still... why film him against his will? plus, sometimes the crimes are not as serious as rape or murder... Besides, If you do film him already, what's the point in allowing him to cover up his face? What do you think about this? |
well they are not true criminals
not guilty of anythign until proven in a court of law so no problem showin their faces bad boys..bad boys.. whatc'ha gonna do.. what'cha gonna do when they come for you hehehe saturday nights while chilling before heading out.. COPS |

In my opinion, them not being guilty IS the main reason NOT to film them. Obviously showing their face to the public would give them a bad reputation, and if they're innocent that's very wrong. |

Yes.. It is always against their will, nobody would want their faces shown on tv whether you are guilty or not..
