    3 months+ 100% clean & sober.

    no pills of any kind, no booze, and obviously no illegal drugs ever.

    the first month or so was hell on earth, but I'm feelin' pretty fantastic now.

    and if I can do this shit, cold turkey, completely on my own... no programs or support group bs..... anyone can.

                                                      i don't really spend any large amounts of time here anymore. In fact, this morning is probably the longest I've sat with GFY on my screen at one time since last year sometime.

                                                      my problems were not created by GFY. They were created because I was fuckin' wasted 24 hours a day.

                                                          I never did drugs and I never take pills, well maybe 1-2 two times a year for headache but I haven't had a headache I did not cause myself in some years...

                                                          I do however party on average one time a week where I normally get pretty pissed, and I don't feel like losing that habbit just yet
