You mean companies which outsource labor here in the U.S., as opposed to using third world labor?

The only one I know of is Walmart.

Wouldn't any "temp agency" be considered an outsourcing firm.

There are probably at least 10 of them in your town or city.

A lot but they outsource manpower in third world countries..
