Is there a program that maks it possible to use 2 pc's with only 1 monitor?
 
Is there anything like that? so you can switch between one pc to the other while using the same monitor ??

I'm talking about a software... not hardware... using ip's or something like that...

If your using win2K or XP you can term serv into the other box and that way you only have 1 keyboard/monitor/mouse on your desk

Well, you would be limited to the ability you could use the second PC for, but you could telnet/SSH/ftp into the 2nd box. If you want to really simulate a KVM switch, then there's a virtual desktop application you can download which can do both, but your network will be saturated with lots of data going back and forth. I'd suggest a KVM switch, I have one which only cost $200 and works beautifully.

ok, any suggestions on a good cheap KVM switch to hook up 5-6 computers ?

Dont be foolish. Go get http://www.remotelyanywhere.com software. It is a low overhead remote control utility which absolutely rocks. I use it to control all the computers i use to encode video.

go to a computer store! you can buy one for around 25 bucks and make sure you get cables for the monitor.
