    guys, which billing providers have low fees for and easy integration with oscommerce script? and do they consider content stores high risk or not?

      No content isn't high risk if you're shipping the product.

      We process for several hundred content sites using oscommerce or crelaoded
      and some of the big content providers refer us to their clients.
