Can anyone explain to me what Merchant Type Differ means and when do I get my money back?
While we're at it, how long to Outstanding payments take to come back to your account? I've had one there for almost a month and I still don't have my money back. I don't like to bring drama to the board, but I've send a lot of emails to support and I have nothing so far. :helpme |
It means that the transaction were settled with a different Merchant ID than when the pending authorization were made.
The "outstanding" charge will be dropped about 30 days after it was placed on your card. |
