Meh Rex Grossman
Looks like Rex Grossman is still up to his same old shit. Good for a minute then makes a horrible mistake.
|
fuck him, what is wrong with the fucking coach!!! Talk about the whole definition of insanity:
"doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result" :helpme:error:helpme:error |
There's more to pulling the supposed "future QB of the org." because he's sucking. There are a lot of pressures from the front office to make him work.
|
he just threw an interception what a bitch. my poor bears
|
He was shitty in college and now he is shitty in the NFL. I feel sorry for the die-hard Bears fans...

A.) He was AT BEST a half-ass QB at UF that was carried to a decent collegiate career by an outstanding team. or B.) He was an amazing QB in college that somehow became sketchy and erratic as hell (overnight) upon entering the NFL. Trust me, I don't need to look anything up; I probably watch more college football than most people on the planet. Yeah, I know all about Grossman's records at UF. I also remember him getting pulled from the Georgia game for throwing 3 interceptions... |
Bears should have got Culpepper or Green....even when they suck they are better than Grossman.

|
from the little bit I saw, the Bears defense looks good
|
Grossman will be on a much shorter leash this year. Lovie will not give him many chances to make those mistakes. He needs to make better decisions. He has a powerhouse team around him. Wolfe looks good, AP looks good, Hester looks good on the O side of the ball. This team has some insane potential barring injuries. I will be in SD for the game on the 9th. Who else is planning on being there.

A half ass QB at Florida?? Another stupid comment. You obviously don't know football if you watch a lot of it. After his 3INT game he rebounded during the following week by completing 21 of 34 passes for 334 yards and two touchdowns. Grossman continued his success by leading the Gators to a 10-2 season in 2001. He came in second to University of Nebraska quarterback Eric Crouch in one of the closest votes in Heisman Trophy history, losing only by 62 votes He also earned accolades as the AP National Player-of-the-Year, and finalist for other awards, including the Walter Camp National Player-of-the-Year Award, Maxwell College Player-of-the-Year Award and Davey O'Brien National Quarterback-of-the-Year Award |

Yes, we can all read his wiki entry. We could pull up stats all night that make him look great and others that make him look horrible. Personally, I have better things to do. Look, if you want to believe that he was an amazing college QB, so be it. Personally, it is my opinion that he was an extremely overrated choke artist. So on this subject we will just have to agree to disagree. |
I'm not a big Grossman fan or anything, but to be fair to the guy last year was basically his rookie year.
It was his first full year as a starter. Peyton Manning's first year he was 3-13 and had a 72 QB rating |
