Question what happens when torrents content thieft get shut down

Will that mean a shitload of traffic coming back into more traditional porn sites. Im sure it wont mean less surfers.
Will that mean more money for the average webmaster?

One would assume that if surfers wanted porn and they could not get it on torrent and tube sites that they would actually have to pay for it.

But, sadly once torrent sites are gone, or if they are, something new will come out and a new fight will begin.

i remember napster, p2p before torrents, and someone "wins" that he shutted napster down ... and you know the rest, so when torrents will goes down, another system to come. you want to beat torrents? beat thiefs from your members area! thats the only way ;)

There are some that if it is convient and easy will grab it free and if not they will pay for it and of cousre there are some that will never pay and will just search harder and longer.

I think they post questions asking what will happen to them, or else the cockroaches simply scurry back to the dark, dingy corners, that they originally crawled out of...

As long as AFF is out there to sponsor people that do this bullshit they will keep coming back.

These types of sites existed for 10 years without having any sponsor revenue. It was only until the torrent sites came when we started seeing ads. History shows us they can opperate with or without ad revenue.

I like to know if there is a legal way SE can be asked not to list sites that used stolen content

Yep.

They just pop back up as something else, or move their business to a country where they can safely operate.
