"TGP ready" vid clips?

(I think that was how they were described)

Spotted a content provider on here recently was offering videos in "normal" lengths but with preview length/quality clips too.

Browser crashed, lost the bookmark, and for the life of me can't find the right thread/post again.

Anyone know who it might have been (or anyone else with a similar service)?

I can sell you the dvds and you can make the clips into any format/size/length you want.
