Anyone but me know the origin of the band name "1000 Homo DJs"?

I know that Al Jourgensen and Trent Reznor hooked up on it as a side project.

The part about the name - had to do with Al and WaxTrax, and the story goes..... worried about people hearing unauthorized, blah, blah.... and thus the name was dubbed and stuck!

By the way - check out slickidiot.com - it is the new project for Guenter and En Esche from KMFDM - I saw them here in San Diego a few weeks ago, actually had the honor of hanging out with the band before the show!
