I like a bowl of ACAI pronounced ( ASS EYE EEEEEEE) every morning. I get it in Mission Beach, San Diego from a cafe called Cafe Joie. It sets me up for the day and tastes amazing. Made from Brazilian Berrys banana and apple juice with a little Granola and Coconut, give it a try some time
