How hard is it to do a Pay per view site?
 

where people buy blocks of time to watch movies?...like 15 minutes for $4, 60 minutes for $8, etc

is there a software package setup for this or can most processors do this?

There is software that can handle the ppm billing, but as far as a billing processor providing it for free, I would love to know too.
