Yeah, it was pretty pathetic. It seemed like the Americans just didn't care. Also, as everybody already stated, the big dogs for USA were sitting on their couches, not on the court. And furthermore, every damn European team seems to have 1 or 2 high level NBA players anyway. The gap is closing.

Win or lose, USA is still the best basketball talent in the world, no matter what MR. YUGOSLAVAKIA says!!

c'mon, this is an american board, so soccer will do it. i think anyway, worldwide (besides on the british islands) the english word "football" will be understood as what we call "american football", while the exactly translation of "football" into almost every language will be understood as "soccer".
