What is avarage price for cpm?
 

If you buy or sell traffic per impression what is avarage price per 1000 impressions. and Why it could be lower or higher? I was offered 1$ per cpm and i think it is too little. And can i bill customers per impression of they banners and per click on top. Google does that does it not?
