There was NEVER any issue with owing him any money and that check was a case of him being TOLD not to deposit it until after the weekend, he decided to do it anyway thus the pic he uses in every damn thread I post. Didn't get an answer to my question. If you haven't made good on the check then you are scamming him out of money that should of been paid. You wrote the check with intentions to pay him so with your statement above the check was written out but because he deposited early doesn't give you the right not to make good on it.
