Candidate for this position must have:

? Strong web development skills and demonstrated proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Javascript, DHTML, Shell and Apache in a Linux environment.
? Familiarity with XHTML, CSS, Perl, Flash/Action scripting, Photoshop and some design background are a plus.
? Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work on multiple projects is essential.
? Must be able to understand and define technical requirements with a long-term strategic view.
? Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented; Independent, yet team-player; Flexible.
