Pornography on the internet is not a matter of free speech, art, or education, it's a matter of MONEY! As a matter of fact, the US Supreme Court has ruled that pornography is NOT covered by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

You may hear statements about the "slippery slope" of banning pornography on the Internet as just the beginning of censorship, but in actuality the loudest cries of outrage come from those who would stand to lose the most by such a ban - the PORNOGRAPHERS themselves, those who produce and distribute this filth!

We at JBERTON.COM are are taking a stand against the distribution of pornographic materials in any manner, but especially via the Internet where it is so easily accessed by children.

At one time it was true that an Internet user actually had to seek out pornographic web sites, but now these vile sites are coming right to the Internet user through SPAM emails that go so far as to deliver actual hard core sexual images and text right to the desktop of the user, no matter what that user's age. Some of these pornographic SPAM emails even go so far as to take the recipient directly to the web site upon opening the email.

Below is a listing of third party billing services that accept business from online pornographers. We ask that you BOYCOTT these services and anyone else who uses them. Over time we will be adding additional billing agents to this list.

The guy is clueless if he things Ibill and Paypal have any great bearing on the porn business.

Even the very anal and arrogant AG of the US admitted that some forms of porn are protected free speech. The supreme court doesn't have to rule that something is legal for it to be legal. They have not ruled on breathing or walking down the street, but both of those things are acceptable.
