Recommendation for E-mail lists

We would like to start capturing e-mail addresses of our surfers and then sending out a weekly newsletter.

What do you guys recommend?

Make sure you have included in your user agreement that you can send weekly (promotional) newletter.

And by the way, wtf is "King regards"?

i live on a small island which i am the prince of.... my father is king, but i will be king in less than 5 years, sorry
