I was out with my sister this evening and ran into this guy in Charlote Rouse (sp). Was hanging on a rack on a pair of pants. Crazy huh. It was tiny but still had a stinger.

A girl I was living with found a black scorpion under her pillow. She started screaming bloody murder and I had to dispose of the little critter (it was already dead). I also found a tarantula in our garage, but I never told her about that. Bugs freak her out. :winkwink:

It totally depends on the scorpion. Most are nothing more than a bee sting but a few can potentially kill you.

The one posted in this thread actually looks pretty dangerous. Very small pincers usually means strong poison.

yes, i was stung by a bark scorp, quite poisonous

and i was being sarcastic, it's extremely painful and more than a bit terrifying to go through.

I was living in Texas, where critters occasionally migrate to the suburbs.
