Hey FleshLight Josh....

Are you going to address this? I've stated numerous times now that the ads on the torrent / pirate sites are a direct violation of your own TOS, as they are currently worded. What are you going to do about this? What is there to think about? You said you'd address this today. Today is here. What is the verdict?

Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in some very dissatisfied webmasters, I assure you.

Your reputation is at stake, step up or move along.

You know how this will play out, he will be quite for a couple of days and then come back with a hot new sales contest or raise money for something and for the most part it will be forgotten about.

it wont be forgotten until everyone stops taking this kind of traffic from common thieves.

i have a list of numerous torrent sites that have their ads.

they need to do the right thing. others need to follow that right thing.

With copyrights I have heard selective enforcement can lead to the copyright being thrown out. The company must protect its copyright in a consistent matter, not selectively. Would this also apply to things like legal terms? Where an affiliate terminated for the same thing could argue that the TOS were not being enforced?

Just wondering.
