Is he the guy who was looking for webcam back ends and ripped a few companies off? I "think" he promised to send a ton of traffic in return for a full cam system. While they were building the site he used up thousands of dollars in chat credits to talk to models. When the site was done he had no traffic and owed the program tons of money for getting chathosts in nude chat. lmao
