Mainly it's known as a place to go and watch celebs while eating dinner.

I eat dinner there often-
Or whenever someone takes me there-

While the food is pricey, it's excellent.
The service is top notch as well as the ambiance is surreal.

I have eaten next to people like Larry King and Stevie Wonder- to Andrew Dice Clay and Mary Carey.

It's my favorite eatery in Beverly Hills hands down

Bah, Crustacean still holds the title for me.

I do like Mr. Chow's though. Both coasts are similar.

I keep having people tell me I should hit up Mr Chows.

RP Fade 08-14-2007 08:40 PM

I have eaten there a number of times, but this was almost 20 years ago. A mainstream model I used to work for was good friends of his, so we could get a table any ol' time.

I will take that as a no.

That's one of my favorite restaurants. It's gourmet Chinese food, very different from what you typically think of as Chinese food.

One thing that's fun is instead of ordering from the menu, tell the waiter to "surprise me" and they'll bring out several courses of delicious food.
