Hi everyone,

Me and my friends are having a Charity Boat Cruise to Raise Funds and Awareness for children and families with Neuroblastoma I realize that most of you are not from Canada and there is no way that you can attend but it's for a great cause. The survival rate of children with Neuroblastoma is about 15% to 20%. I have a personal attachment to this as there is someone in my life who was tragically diagnosed at the age of 2 and is slowly falling into the 80% that don't make it age the age of 5. It's a very dark time for everyone involved right now, but it doesn't have to be this way for future generations. Tickets are $35 but I'm not asking for that as it is kind of steep, basically anything your can afford to give. We are registered with the Hospital For Sick Kids based in Toronto. We've chosen not to disclose my little friends name as it is a sensitive topic to mention his name on XTube.com. No offense, but can someone we all know verify this?

My dad died from a brain tumor last year and there are/were three kids with a neuroblastoma who live near me and are in a support group for bt patients. Two have died within the last 3 months and the third has just stopped treatment because there's nothing else they can do.

Nasty stuff.

The Kid I'm reffering to is my god son, He has a tumor on his optical nerve (so he blind) and cancer everywhere in his body. I can have Lance verify if you want. Or you can call Sick Kids and ask them

This is legit. Kurtis has missed work to be at the hospital and other times to be there for this little guy. If anyone has kids, or is close to kids, specially around the age of 5, you can understand how heart-wrenching this story is.

I personally can not imagine my 5 year old being terminally ill.
