Cameron is home and recovering well
 

Sick Kids Hospital really is the best... they let me carry him in and be with him while they put him under.
They were finished the operation exactly when they said they would and recovery... well, they told us 2-5 hours but 30 mins in he drank a cup of water and they said he could go home!

The doctor said that it was an unusually large hernia, took a little extra work but otherwise it was all pretty standard going.

So he's still having a rough time walking but otherwise you'd never know he had done anything different today.

Good good... are they related at all to Children's in BC or are they different?

That's one group I donate to yearly. Without healthy kids we have nothing to be working for - gotta hate seeing a child down for the count.

Man I feel for you.

My son busted his head today and we ran him to the doctors. the doc said it could take 1 to 2 stitches, but it wold be more traumatic then it was worth. the bleeding had already stopped.

I know think I can begin to know how you feel.
