 Do ever have the feeling of letting yourself down? 
		
		
		Today I ran along with 10.000 or so other people at an event in Aarhus Denmark. 
	It's 2.5 kilometers downhill and then 2.5 kilometers back up to where you started. I used to do this in around 20-21 minutes (some years ago)... Today I took a catastrophic 27-29 minutes (haven't seen the accurate result yet). 24 and I would have been satisfied but this is really not good. God damn I feel fat and like I have neglected myself and my health the last year. But hey that leaves room for improvement once again :) Just a really bad feeling... ran 7 kilometers more tonight just to make me feel a little bit better with myself and now I am totally busted LOL. I am 24. it's too soon to let it slide. Today the table will turn - maybe :)  | 
		
 dont let it go man....getting back into shape once you are 30 or more is really hard...trust me
