POLL: Do you work out?

So basically, I'm wondering, in this industry where "hotness" is a more often than not determining factor of success (those ugly chicks who can do neat things with their pussies, as the only exception I'm aware of), who here works out, and who doesn't?

I do, although I'm still not in shape :Oh crap

Intricate 08-13-2007 06:24 PM

doh! :)

I started about a month and a half ago and i'm really seeing/feeling the difference.

I've been working out for about a year now pretty consistently. It feels really good to get off of my butt on a daily basis.

I do every other day, more for toning and to lose about 10 pounds

I've been so cooped up in my office working for the last 2 months, I'm starting to grow some tits.

If I go back to the gym, my body will start snapping back into shape in about 2 weeks. It's just about finding the time to go.

true that... at first it's bothersome but it's a rush after a little bit... it's really enjoyable IMHO...

Yes, after my surgery on the 2nd of May, I have been hitting the pool almost every day for 40+ minutes.
This week I have now added walking on the treadmill at our gym, and in about 4 weeks, I will be adding some strength training.

I'm down over 60 pounds, went from a size 50 waist, to a 42, a 4XL down to a 2XL :)

congrats man!! that's incredible... I stepped on the scale one day and it it hit 200lbs, and that's the day i decided i was too young (20 years old) to weigh that much and it not be muscle, so i've lost about 13 lbs since, and i feel much better... It shows in my confidence and also in the mirror too :)

btw swimming is a GREAT full body low/no impact exercise... i like to swim at least once a week too...
