anything without flash and has really easy navigation, which takes out most of what you think of as a top program.

See sig... One of complex and the other fair simple.

does a awesome design make you promote them more?

Best designed affiliate programs are those that are not overloaded with various Flash and Javascript shit with stupid animation and useless "interactive" control panels :2 cents:

for me the most friendly gui have awe, adultwebmastersempire.com , you know! :thumbsup go awe go!
