New NETbilling Upgrade - Why do our merchants make more money - control...

In addition to the incredible reporting changes that NETbilling has made in our admin upgrade last month including new graphical report, member retention reports and the ability to mark transactions as "chargebacks", we have now added an additonal report which will show you results and data based on your chageback entries. This new report can be found in the left administration area menu under Fraud Controls.

Based on your chargeback data entry and posting dates of those chargebacks, you will receive a detailed report showing chargebacks by card types and payment types which will be compared to overall transaction count and monthly processing volume, resulting in chargeback percentage of trasnactions and percentage of volume.

Netbilling offer the lowest processing rates in the industry. Through August 15, merchants who signup for ACH processing will avoid the usual $100 bank application fee. We charge only 5% and 25¢ for ACH processing. What are you payng with your current processor?

What can I say about Netbilling except:


their customer service is second to none

Their commitment to developing tools, like this one announced today, that save their merchants time and money is fantastic

The control that we as merchants have over the risks we want to take and or not take is the best.

The Call center saves me a lot of time and provides me with much better 24 hour customer service for billing related calls

The money they save me verses a 3rd party billing company or alternative billing company is HUGE!!!

They have the best lighters in the business. (not so used now that I am a non smoker)

If you want to control more of your business get a hold of Netbilling. Tell them I sent you so I get a dinner once in a while :)
