    Anyone migrated to Sweden?

I have plan to go to Sweden to have my study next year and hopefully I could stay there for good. Just wondering how easy to live and work in Sweden as a foreigner compared to US and Canada. Is Sweden a immigrant friendly place? Is Stockholm like one of those international cities like Toronto, NY, Sydney...?

Appreciate if anyone could enlighten me on this...

Stockholm is a great city, and but its more down to earth than Toronto, NY, Sydney. People are more reserved and swedes are really "old fashion" compared to the rest of Europe. The best time to visit Stockholm is in August or September due to the brilliant weather and city-life. The city is beautiful and very well structured. And Scandinavians are beautiful people - don't forget that. Its a good place to immigrate to if you can support yourself.
