ePassporte Electron Card Renew
 

Hi,looking for your help here:)

ePassporte has send the account renew email to me on Aug 1st.In this mail,Epass says they will send a new Electron card to me in the mail.But I updated my contact address in May 2007(two months ago) when ePass asked me to confirm my contact address is up to date.Which address(old or new?) will they mail me the new card?
Will Epass send you another email to let you know when and where they mail the new card?

well why would they mail the card to your old adress?

come on, this doesnt make sense

He did say he was dealing with epassporte...... That means al sense and logic is thrown right out the window.

The card will be sent to the address listed on the account when the card renews.
So the card will be send to your new address.

Make sure you dont destroy your old card before your new one starts working. I recieved mine and it didnt start working until about 3 weeks later. But i broke the old one when i got my new one.

Nowhere on the letter i got with my new card did it say it would not work until the next month =(
