they will if you use this marinade :

cup of soy sause
cup of olive oil
2 tbps lemon pepper
1 tbps garlic salt

that will rock your world

If the steaks good it only need salt n pepper, putting soy sauce on quality beef, that's like having mayo with your caviar.
