Is this an option when it comes to selling my content that i bought?

All the content i purchased, is licensed under my company.....

I bought 1000 vids from amacontent for 3500 or something
900 pic sets from fantasy content...
500 pic sets from lykos i believe....

i know obviously i can't just sell the content...

but is it possible to just sell my company? that would mean that the licenses would transfer to them right?

P.S. Before people start freaking out about how that's not allowed etc, don't get your panties in a bunch... thats the reason i'm asking... because i dont know.. there cant be clauses in the licenses that say you can't sell your company right?

It would make sense that they are licensed to the company, if you sold the company and urls they content should go with it.

However, I bet it doesn't work that way.

Typically most content providers have a clause that covers this in their licenses. Ussually its no issue as long as they re-issue the license. However a few charge like 50.00 to a 100.00 or so to re-issue the licenses to a new person.

However if the licenses were made out to a given company and not your name or any specific URLS, if you sell the company than there would be no new licenses needed.

Are you selling the domain that the content used on with the company?

okay who wants 6000 dollars or so worth of content for 1000 bucks?

It's sitting here doing nothing... so might as well get rid of it.

(assuming it's allowed)
