Valueweb will nuke spammers without blinking an eye, I've hosted with them in the past and have reported spammers to them.. They're very quick.

it's obvious that he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.. If he wouldn't spam and lay low and and don't rock the boat.. he might have gotten away with it.. Unless he's doin lots of hotlinking, the odds of being caught with specific pics are in his favor. Then if he is caught, he removes the ones in question and replaces those with others.
He's apparently smart enough to know that most folks start with a warning to remove the pics.. so he's in no real danger.
Not a smart move from an ethics standpoint, and a real stupid move if he spams the site..

My biggest question is what he really thinks is public domain.. Kinda like covering his ass with, "Oops.. I thought they were free" then be the good guy by removing them when approached.

Haven't gone back to check to see if his site is down. but we have confirmation that his sponsor check just got lightened up abit... 100% abit. :Graucho
