REMINDER: Epassporte is a a service which is mainly used....
to pay 200 bucks to a designer, to buy a cheap domain from someone on GFY or some gallery spots.... (and as a means for tax-evasion for a huge percentage of small-time webmasters from outside the US).
Considering they are known for bad support and dubious policies in case of any misunderstandings, the best way to avoid problems is to avoid doing transactions with strangers, and to avoid keeping huge amounts of money there.
Just get some of your sponsor payments there, pay for whatever service you need to pay, keep a few hundred just in case and withdraw the rest.
Don't do exchanges with unknown people, try to keep the transactions with unknown people to a minimum, be aware that epassporte is not perfect. Bitching here won't help you, they have a monopoly on our community payments, since PayPal banned adult. Michael aka Keyser is very friendly, but he's nothing more than an outsourced support rep. mostly for this very board (please excuse me if that changed) so you can't expect him to do miracles.
Epassporte is making millions each month and they don't really care about your opinion, neither do they care if someone makes a 5 pages thread about how their suck.
If you are using them properly, and don't have any bad luck, then they are doing a great job to be honest. How else should a guy from Norway pay $350 for a design to some guy in Canada? Bank wire would take 10 minutes to complete the instructions in an online bank and 3-4 days to arrive. With Epassporte the payment is sent and received in less than a minute.
