A lot of people said he didn't know what he was talking about. Maybe he wasn't so far off the mark.

Eh, Greenspan is a total bear. He always makes things seem worse than they are. Subprime slime is bad, but not so bad when you consider Bernanke hasnt helped out with any kind of rate cut yet. The Dow is still up around 7% YTD. I think this market correction is healthy.

I think pretty much anyone with some business or financial sense knew that was true.

Those same people avoided the short 1-5 years adjustables.

I like recession.
