Spam or Advertising? Help me out!
 

I receive 1000's of spam (advertising?) in my email per day, and I bet most of you do too. However when I received this one I though I would answer it because I do the same thing (translate adult websites) Than he emailed me back and now here is my question!

Is it Spam or Advertising?

It's not Spam. It's advertising. Spam is unsolicited "repetitive" e-mailing.

Very good information here on spam... and yes it is spam

it' spam. and it's getting worse and worse. 100% increase in porn spam in the last year. same thing for other junk spam, maybe worse.

oh well, until the governments of the world take it seriously, which won't happen until people demand it, spam will get worse.

if anybody has a good off shore mail server setup let me know.

technically, it isn't spam if there is an option for you to unsubscribe from the list.

I think they need to tighten that because when you hit unsubscribe it takes 5 biz days and in that time they probably sell your shit to an additional 50 online con artists. it's pretty fucking lame.
