so you sue a SE for indexing sites with passwords on it? I think that is idiotic. That is like claiming its a photographer's fault if the people in his images commit a crime while he take the photo. Guess it was to hard to go after the passwordsite owners, so they desided to go after MS.

Or maybe he just wants his name in the press for free
