Setting up an EU company
 

I'm looking to set up an EU company. I'm an USA resident. Can anyone recommend a company that can handle some of the paperwork and assist me in getting a legal EU company set up?

Each country has its own company types, I think there's no such thing as an "EU company"... a British Limited is probably the easiest to setup.

be aware of building up an austrian company - we pay here more taxes than we even earn, just to buy some draken planes

UK Limited corp is definitely the easiest and cheapest, but it depends what you need it for.
