What's the current scoop on banner sizes?

What are the hot, popular sizes that should be readily available to affiliates?

Are 468 pixel wide banners a thing of the past yet? When will they be?

Things have to get wider and taller IMO.

Post your thoughts, even if you think you'll be ridiculed, fuck all that, lets have a serious thread about banners for a little while please.

I honestly think the 88x31 button banners are way underrated as are the 120x60. Some people may laugh, but it's true.

i using mostly 2 468 banners in one line. work well enough if put them in table

728x90, 200x300, 300x200, 150x200, 120x60 and FPAs 700x400
