Anyone here in Ireland???
 

We're strongly considering moving to Ireland this year. Have been in Malta since November. Weather's nice, got a pimp house as my gfy counterparts would say, and women are hot, but there are too many negatives (dust pollution being the main one for asthma sufferers).

Anyway - Ireland is currently our top choice. If anyone lives there, can you give me any words of wisdom? We'd like to be in the country (lakes / rivers) but relatively close to decent shops. We're English as well, so I'd appreciate anyone telling me if certain areas would have a problem with our nationality. Any info appreciated.
